Body Positivity

When I was little, I didn't even know what the word calories meant. Food didn't have the word calories labeled on every item. I didn't care what I looked like.  At a certain age and point in your life, you'll start looking at each food and wondering “what amount of calories are in this?” It's a bad habit and I would recommend everyone to skip this stage. The things that stress me the most are school assignments and family: my mom.  This weekend, my mom and I were fighting and stressed out to the point where I was ready to cry. I had no idea what to do. I stopped what I was doing, took a few deep breaths, and did what made me calm and forget about everything. That consists of: Talking to your close friends about what's going on and what is making you upset/ mad.  Crying. Trust me, you will feel better.  Sleeping makes me forget about everything Showering calms me down and relaxes me Being stressed out makes your mental health not healthy. I’ll share some tips on what I do in situations to help you down below. When I get overwhelmed or stressed, I do something that I enjoy to distract my brain from something else. For example, If I'm home, I go for a run when I get stressed, or...
