Getting behind

I realized I started to feel very overwhelmed, started to not do my homework, felt everything is rushed, nothing going the right way, was overly sensitive, and very emotional. If you can relate to this, It's not fun in any way. Especially when the weather gets gloomy and all you want to do is sleep. For me, cold weather = no motivation. I'm sure everyone likes to be all sung, under the blanket, and not be cold.

I struggle with self-discipline. Being a senior I have more free time than I ever have. I don't know when to do my school work and what to prioritize whenever I need.

Some things I have done the past week to help my problem:

- Set timers to take my medicine because I have been late for the past few days.

- Using my planner even more than I used to.

    - Put everything in your planner for future planning

    - ex) Sporting events, appointments, homework, and other activities.

If you have any advice for me put it in the comments. I would like to try more ways to relieve stress, get motivated, and stay on top of things!

  1. Baeleigh thank you for sharing these tips about staying motivated. I think this time of the year is especially challenging because the weather is getting colder and the newness of the school year is wearing off a bit. Good job finding ways to motivate yourself to stay organized. I think your post will be helpful to other students who are facing this same challenge!
